NEW: XROGA AI SWARM
AI That Builds & Ships
Websites
Describe it. The swarm codes, debugs, and ships — web to Vercel, Chrome & desktop as zips, Android & iOS on Expo. Same loop for fixes and updates.
CODING
Watch Xroga Workspace ship across every category — web, Chrome, desktop, Android, iOS, debug, crypto, and updates — prompt → code → GitHub → live.
Xroga Workspace
BUILDINGBuild a SaaS landing with auth and billing — push my GitHub and go live on Vercel.
app/page.tsx+84 −0GitHub → Vercel live
Acme SaaS
Ship from a promptAuth + Stripe wiredYour domain · liveexport default function Home() {return <ProductLanding />}
Continuous loop — web, Chrome, desktop, Android, iOS, debug, crypto, updates. Real ship path: Workspace → GitHub → Vercel / Expo / Releases.
LIVE WORKSPACE
Not a chat toy — Black Hole V∞ converts, builds, previews in Workspace, pushes your sticky GitHub repo, and deploys on your Vercel. Watch the loop.
First ship remembers the sticky repo. Follow-ups patch themes, auth, pages — same live product. No model picker. No template catalog. The swarm finishes the loop on accounts you control.
ERROR LAB
Debug errors · update errors · edit errors — frontend, backend, integrations, and sensitive failures. The swarm refracts complex logic, traces stack paths, and ships the fix in the same loop.
components/Checkout.tsx:84 — null cart before hydrate
TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined
Hydration mismatch after theme toggle patch
500 on /api/billing/webhook after Stripe event shape change
Race on session refresh — duplicate JWT writes
GitHub push rejected — stale SHA on sticky repo
Vercel deploy failed — env SUPABASE_URL missing in preview
Secret leaked in client bundle — API key in NEXT_PUBLIC_
State machine deadlock in multi-step checkout
Event Horizon Update · July 2026
XROGA Black Hole V∞ is the only model you meet — a unified swarm of specialist cores under one event horizon. No waiting for “next model.” Capabilities land inside Black Hole V∞ on a continuous cadence.
Others count up. We count forever.
The first and last model you will ever need.
Flagship coding depth — multi-file systems, crypto/SaaS architectures, long-horizon agentic builds that rival top frontier coding agents
Hard problems. Clean architecture. Ships.
Million-token whole-repo engineering — refactors, migrations, and project continuity across massive codebases
Sees the whole tree. Keeps the thread.
High-volume execution — agent tasks, knowledge work, and shipping throughput when you need bulk delivery
Turns plans into finished files.
Prompt → precise builder brief at speed — routes intent so Apex / Horizon / Forge build the right product
No template catalog. Real briefs.
Native web + X firehose research — markets, hackathon rules, news — then fold facts into code in the same loop
Current world → shipping product.
PDFs, screenshots, specs, and vision — multimodal context that feeds the same build (not a side chat)
Files become build fuel.
You never pick a vendor model. Xroga routes Apex · Horizon · Forge · Pulse · Live · Lens inside Black Hole V∞ — frontier coding depth, long-context repos, volume execution, live web+X intel, and multimodal docs as one #1 coding agent. Continuously trained by Event Horizon updates. Use the plan chips above to scale pool + per-core capacity.
Xroga AI is the #1 coding agent for everyone: prompt → brief → code → QA → your GitHub → your Vercel. Edit, update, and delete without starting over — no coding knowledge required to start.
SHIP STACK
Enterprises ask who owns the code and where it runs. Xroga answers both: your GitHub, your Vercel, continuous updates inside Black Hole V∞ — the #1 coding agent that finishes the loop.
Describe the product — website, SaaS, crypto dashboard, ASP agent. Pulse converts intent into a builder brief Black Hole V∞ can execute.
First ship creates your GitHub repository and remembers it. Later prompts update that same live product — no orphan repos.
Deploy to your Vercel project and domain. Preview in Workspace, then ship for real on accounts you authorize.
Follow-ups surgically patch code and redeploy. Hackathon polish and enterprise iteration without restarting the build.
Live web + X intel when you need current rules or markets — then the same swarm turns findings into product files.
Authorize GitHub + Vercel (+ optional Supabase). Secrets stay in your vault. Xroga builds on your ownership.
One branded model — Black Hole V∞ — instead of a confusing vendor zoo. Security reviews see a clear ship path.
Ship dashboards, ASP agents, and SaaS shells fast — then polish on the same sticky repo until demo day.
Plain language in. Working product out. Teams that can’t staff a full eng pod still leave with GitHub + live URL.
Converter → swarm → QA → push → deploy. Competitors stop at chat or IDE edits. Xroga finishes the loop.
COMPARE
Cursor, Codex, Claude, and Replit excel at writing code. Xroga ships the product — GitHub + Vercel, optional Supabase — without an IDE. Others often hit 5-hour resets and burn usage with no rollover; Xroga meters a monthly pool and rolls unused API credit up to one month.

FAQ
What Xroga is, what one prompt can do, and how billing works — before you start.
Xroga AI is the #1 coding agent for developers and non-developers. It builds web apps, pushes working code to your GitHub, deploys on your Vercel, syncs your API keys securely into Vercel env, and updates the same repo (edit/delete) without starting over. No coding knowledge required to start.
Black Hole V∞ is Xroga’s only public model. Under the hood it routes specialist cores (Apex, Horizon, Forge, Pulse, Live, Lens) — you never pick a vendor model. New capability ships as Event Horizon updates inside V∞. On the homepage, use the plan buttons to see how monthly tokens and per-core capacity scale from Spark to Singularity.
It can start almost any web product from one clear prompt — landing pages, dashboards, games, tools — then push GitHub and deploy. Complex systems (heavy backends, custom infra, pixel-perfect native apps) usually need follow-up prompts and your connected GitHub/Vercel. One prompt starts the ship loop; big products iterate.
Cursor and Codex are built for developers who live in an IDE. Xroga is built to finish the product loop: brief → code → QA → your GitHub → live on Vercel. You can still edit the repo afterward in any IDE.
Monthly token pool and concurrency — Spark ~6.17M tokens / 2 concurrent; Pulse ~9.42M / 8; up to Singularity ~325M / 100. All features on every plan. Use the Black Hole plan changer on the homepage to preview pool + per-core capacity. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy.
Unused AI credit rolls into the next month (capped at one month of your plan budget). Tokens and spend stay synced to your account across devices.
No for the first ship. Describe the product in plain language. Developers can still open the repo and refine — Xroga does not lock you into a black box.
No. Xroga is a coding agent — websites, SaaS, Expo apps, Chrome extensions, and Electron desktops to your GitHub (and Vercel for web). Not a browser-automation farm or media generation studio.
Yes — Expo / React Native scaffolds. Xroga generates the project and pushes it to your GitHub. Expo Go works for free previews. Connecting Expo + starting an EAS workflow can build binaries on your account — that is not the same as App Store / Play approval. Pasting Apple/Google credentials in Xroga does not guarantee store submission; EAS must already be set up for submit.
It builds scaffolds and packages artifacts: Chrome MV3 zip for sideload / your own CWS upload (~$5), and unsigned Electron zips on GitHub Releases for testing. It is not a managed store publisher and does not pay fees or complete store review for you.
